Abstract
We report electroluminescence from ZnO nanoparticle-based device prepared by the spin-coating process. The TPD enhances electrons and holes to recombine in the ZnO naoparticles. The optimal deivce exhibits a narrow spectrum at 392 nm. © 2007 Optical Society of America.
