Abstract
In recent years, the enterprise regarded as the man resource. The institution guaranteed the labor force the normal supply, regarding already had management the manpower, how maintained the staff and their mind normally, and as well as how prevented occupational health diseases and injuries. It’s one of important human resources management. The purpose of this study was to explore what factors contribute to work-related stress and health-related quality of life, and then applies this finding to the business management.
The study used a cross-sectional questionnaire survey design. The study population was a computer company. at the Hsinchu Science–based Industrial Park. Questionnaires were sent to 2,020 personnel. The total completes were 1,707 response rate was 85.1%. Data was gathered on demographic information and indicators of working condition, work stress and WHOQOL-BREF health-related quality of life.
A stepwise, multiple linear regression model was employed to calculate significant predictors of health-related quality of life. The findings suggest that health related quality of life influence factor in four domains, the positive significant factors were someone can adjust the stress, to be better to the health self-appraisal, has exercise habits, its accumulation the explanation variation quantity from 17.0%~27.2%. However, in the negative significant factors were married, not in the good interpersonal relationship, the high stress, has the disease condition, working time excessively long, has the economic problem, the operational site is not good and so on, its accumulation explanation variation quantity increases from 5.4%~8.7%. However, in these analyses, only can see solely variable to explain the variation quantity influence, and is unable to see each other interaction. Therefore, we used the binary classification technique to do the further analyzes. we can determine classifies in four categories is born the live quality to be better as well as a worse classification, simultaneously may rest on their characteristic to give the different intervention program. These findings can be used to guide the impetus worksite health promotion, it may promote staff's productive forces, the whole work performance, improves the staff physiology and the psychological health, also can promote the more harmonious labor management relation.
