國內管理學門相關的研究人才與專業性期刊與日俱增，且各大學在人員聘用與升等上，亦相當重視學者的期刊論文發表的品質，基於此，有必要針對國內管理學相關領域的期刊進行評比排序，以使學者在論文審查和發表上有客觀的依據。本文除提供目前國內管理學相關期刊的基本資料外，並利用主觀和客觀兩種方法來評比相關期刊在管理學研究領域的影響力及其排序。在主觀評比上，以期刊評比文獻中最常用到的「學者主觀評價」及「學者投稿經驗」來分析，而在客觀評比上，則採用「引用文獻分析」中的「總引用平均次數」來分析。 研究結果顯示，就主觀評比而言，在綜合期刊部份大致上以管理學報、中山管理評論、臺大管理論叢、管理評論與交大管理學報的評價較高，但不同專業領域的排序略有不同，就客觀評比部分，以管理學報、會計評論、證券市場發展季刊、管理評論及中山管理評論的影響力較大，但整體而言，引用的文獻次數仍是有限，國內期刊反而引用較多的未出版碩博士論文。
The publication quality in universities becomes one of the most important criteria for the recuitment and promotion of faculty. The study aims to evaluate and rank the quality perceptions of Taiwan's management journals through surveys and cross citation impact. The survey instruments were designed to solicit subjective assessment of journal quality perception by selected peer researchers and cross citation impact was evaluated by the number of cross references made among journals to be ranked. The result shows that Journal of Management, Sun Yat-Sen Management Review, NTU Management Review, Management Review, and Chiao Ta Management Review have higher rankings in subjective evaluation; however, the ranking results varied by specialty fields. Furthermore, Journal of Management, International Journal of Accounting Studies, Review of Securities and Futures Markets, Management Review and Sun Yat-Sen Management Review have relatively high influences in citation. However, Taiwan's management journals cite more from unpublished master and doctoral theses.
