Abstract
With the rise of cloud technology and the development of the Internet and mobile devices reaching maturity, a growing number of applications that combine cloud, the Internet, and mobile devices have become available. This study is intended to use these technologies and apply them in the traditional industries. Since the traditional industries generally lack the technological component, the incorporation of cloud and Internet mobile device applications should create greater value for the industries as a whole. The catering industry was selected as the research participant in this research. Since the diet is a basic need of human life, it has had a irreplaceable status, thus the increasingly larger market. This study suggests the industry can bring greater values. This study created a new cloud platform through the concept of VCC (Value Creation Cycle) in order to create greater values for the whole industry and deduce at and construct business strategies through the value cycle approach in each part as well as the concept of VCC. Finally, through the value creation cycle, the system processes of the cloudy platform were developed. The four cycles created include: O2O, B2C, customer segmentation management, and blog network marketing. Then, through an analysis on several aspects, including the concept of VCC, channeling, brand, restaurant, strategic alliance, trend, market, and customers, complete strategic systems constructed. After completing the research, it was found that even the traditional industries could reengage in innovation through the concept of VCC, combined with the Internet, cloud, and mobile devices. Their application in other traditional industries is indeed worthy of further research.
