Abstract
Not like capital and land, “life-style” and “taste” are the most popular topic of micro-enterprises in Taiwan recently. It also results into a new industrial classification, “Creative Life Industries.” Based on an extensive literature review and in-depth interviews, two small-sized studios and one experienced entrepreneurial team are discussed in the following three steps.
First, the particular conditions of objective cases, including entrepreneurial experience, business model, technology application, and creative ideas are introduced. Second, with reference to Brush et al. (2001), this study will provide “the resource development pathway” of objective cases. Third, analysis the operational issues of objective cases in business expansion.
In conclusion, the beginning resource combination and the resource development path way of objective cases are not same. However, the thought formation of start-up action, the well use of technology tools and catching media focus are the similar features in objective cases. Finally, provide business development forecasting and suggestion to objective cases.
