Abstract
While urban tourism activity is increasing, and B&B guesthouses expand rapidly, rural area is forced to face the problem of land use management. The thesis studies the geographical pattern of 488 B&B guesthouses in I-LAN County.After the time-space analysis of society, economic and policy, two spatial development patterns of B&B guesthouse are pointed out : ”Traffic Cause Pattern” and “Resource Cause Pattern” ,which include eight kinds of spatial elements. In order to test the relationship among elements, we use regression analysis for testing the association of independent and dependent variables which are extracted from buffer analysis. Finally, we find six significant elements and get six inverse functions with R2 values which are all above 90%. As a result, we suggest that Shi-Chao agricultural region, Xin-Ma and Dong-Shan urban region should be paid more attention in land use management when Bei-Yi highway starts her service in the future.
