日本新幹線及法國TGV的高鐵系統怎樣出現的？它們有何技術創新？只要工程師解決升速的問題後，高鐵就會自然而然的發展？除了工程專業外，工程師能否接受及配合社會變遷，是促成高鐵創新的關鍵因素。
