Abstract
Let R be a semiprime ring with Us its maximal symmetric ring of quotients and let ρ1 and ρ2 be two right ideals of R. We show that ℓlR(ℓ1) = ℓl R(ℓ2) if and only if ℓ1 and ℓ2 satisfy the same differential identities with coefficients in Us, where ℓlR(ρii) denotes the left annihilator of ρii in R. This gives a generalization of several previous results in this area.
