Abstract
Property of the piezoelectric transducer may change due to process and environment, resonating frequency of the piezoelectric transducer also varies. When the operating frequency is not equal to the resonance frequency, the piezoelectric transducer can`t reach maximum efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to design an ultrasonic transducer driving circuit module, tracking the resonant frequency by using a phase locked loop, so that the ultrasonic atomizer can automatically track the resonance frequency and maintain the maximum efficiency. Through experiment of atomizing glycerol solution, confirm that use the drive circuit of the present paper can increase the atomizing flow, and expand the range of the concentration of the glycerol solution which can be atomized.
