Abstract
The propose of the research project is aiming to examine that biotechnology applies on investigation report of criminal evidence. To what extence, the biotechnology science could meet the principles of investigated evidence qualification, according to criminal evidence law. It would occur great difficulties on criminal justice, due to current investigated report of criminal justice; it could not be able to provide sufficient information based on professional background, general principles, and addition to in part of insufficient professional acknowledgements of criminal lawman. Thus, it would be necessary to develop a harmony integration of criminal justice and biotechnology via positivism research. On one hand, it is able to enhance the quality of criminal evidence, and on the other hand, it would increase the credibility of investigated evidence by criminal lawman. It seems to be necessary to open the field which academic research and institutions have developed advance theories in great interests in abroad, however, criminology has not been able to provide sufficient information in Taiwan. The propose of the project is to ensure the integration of biotechnology and molecular biotechnology involved into the field of criminal justice. Moreover, joint researchers and research assistants with molecular biotechnological background would able to analysis deepen fields and apply on interdisciplinary integration. The project is to establish investigated principles and the database of rules of criminal evidence via the combination of law and molecular biotechnology. Also, it would expect to collect and analyse criminal evidence reports, prosecute reports, decision reports and lawful information islandwide, within 6000 working hours and about 250 times people discussions. Finally, it would be the first time criminal justice has combined various experts including law and molecular biotechnology; and approached interdisciplinary integration. Thus, the result would provide positive meanings and increase the knowledge of criminal justice.
