Abstract
Since 1997, deregulation of mobile telecommunication in Taiwan, the penetration rate has reached over 100% of the population as the highest mobile subscriber penetration in the world in 2002. Pre-paid phone card subscribers are over 6 million, which generated 20 billions in year 2003. Among the mobile operators, there seems no active marketing strategy; this research attempts to develop different marketing strategy for different segmentation through analysis of purchase process.
