Abstract
本研究針對35%冷軋延並再結晶退火後之Ti50Ni50形狀記憶合金,探討晶粒大小對其變態行為與機械性質之影響。當500℃×1hr~3hr與650℃×1min30s之退火條件下,於DSC冷卻過程中,皆出現了兩大兩小之變態峰,加熱時則有兩個逆變態峰出現。由金相觀察可知,因冷加工效應使試片沿厚度方向之晶粒大小分佈不均,以中央晶粒較兩側明顯較大。其後以研磨方式將大晶粒部份除去,則DSC圖形中之兩小變態峰因而消失,故推論原先冷加工後退火試片所產生之四階段相變態,應分別為大小晶粒群之B2
Effects of grain size on transformation behaviors and mechanical properties of Ti50Ni50 shape memory alloy after 35% cold rolling and subsequent recrystallization annealing are studied. After 500℃×1h, 500℃×3h and 650℃×90s annealing, two big and two small DSC transformation peaks appear on cooling and two reverse ones appear on heating. OM results show that the grain size distribution along the specimen’s thickness direction is inhomogeneous due to the cold rolling effect, in which grain sizes at the central are apparently bigger than those at the edge. After big grains at the central part is removed by grinding, the two small transformation peaks disappear. It can be inferred that the aforementioned four-step transformation caused by cold rolling and annealing is attributed to individual B2
