Abstract
This study aims to establish a family constitution, based on W Group, a family firm managed by a family. We analyzed the problems faced by the W Group in the past, and the key success factors to construct a suitable family W Group sustainable heritage system. Through analysis and Nominal Group Technique (NGT), and literatures analysis, summarized into three parts, there are "family affairs" , " family management ", and " family-controlled business management ", in order to form a family constitution , do case family as a blueprint for future development, so that the family and the family business can be sustainable even built to last. This study developed 18 units family constitution for W Group including: preamble, family mission, family values, family meetings , family committee and holding company management , family succession planning , family fund management and income dividend policy, voting, employment policy , code of conduct for family members, drugs and alcohol policy, sanctions, exit strategy, the family shareholding control and transfer restrictions , conflict resolution, major decision, about family constitution establish and modify, as well.
