Abstract
In recent years, national governments have develop a new alternative energy actively due to the soaring of oil price, the exhaustion of traditional energy and the rising consciousness of environmental protection. A solar power is an inexhaustible energy without pollution. It is therefore foreseeable that the solar energy is to be one of the most popular research issues.
It is a fact that the relevant researches with the solar cell is mostly limited to the solar energy opto-electronic transformation but not to utilize the generated heat energy upon irradiation with light from the sunshine in a long time effectively. The subject matter mainly utilizes a thermoelectric generator ( TEG ) to provide with a thermoelectric conversion with superfluous heat energy insofar as a solar panel. One point is to rise a power generation efficiency of the solar panel, another point is to provide with a thermoelectric module-cold end heat dissipation means to dissipate heat thereform, so as to prolong the operating life of the solar panel. Finally, it is to utilize the solar panel to incorporate with a nonlinear resistance-pulse charging circuit to charge up a Ni-MH battery, of which is made by the research laboratory director. It can get a suitable rest time due to the pulse charging mode to suppress a polarization phenomena of the battery availably and boost a charging efficiency thereof.
