Abstract
We consider the possibility of observing (Formula presented) violation in quasi-inclusive decays of the type (Formula presented) (Formula presented) (Formula presented) and (Formula presented) where (Formula presented) does not contain strange quarks. We present estimates of rates and asymmetries for these decays in the standard model and comment on the experimental feasibility of observing (Formula presented) violation in these decays at future (Formula presented) factories. We find the rate asymmetries can be quite sizeable. Observation of such asymmetries could be used to rule out the superweak model of (Formula presented) violation. © 1998 The American Physical Society.
