Abstract
The purposes of this paper are: (1) to analyze identify the root causes of organizational entropy; (2) to analyze inappropriate responses used by the organization; and (3) to propose effective diagnosis effective to this organizational problem. Through these aspects of discussion, the authors make a special conclusion. That is, the future orientation of organization is to elaborate its capacity to deal with organization and interactions between environment and form a crisis-prepareners organization. By doing so, The niche of organizational entropy is minimized and organizational viability is continuously maintained.
