Abstract
The database (Table 1) has some errors due to misinterpretation of undrained shear strength (s u ) for three references: (i) Wu (1958) on pp.524 -525 (four sites), (ii) Moh et al. (1969) on p. 525 (one site), and (iii) Ohtsubo et al. (2007) on pp.529 -530 (two sites -Okishin and Isahaya).The corrected data is shown in partial Table 1 herein.As a result, Tables 3,7, 8, and 9 and Fig. 1 have also been corrected.
