Low temperature two-step solution process for perovskite solar cells with planar structure

Abstract
In this research, we utilize two-step solution process to form perovskite CH 3 NH 3 PbI 3 on planar ZnO thin layer deposited on ITO glass. The process is conducted under low temperature. The champion device has high J sc of 20 mA/cm 2 and efficiency of 13.3% due to uniform morphology of ZnO film and appropriate control of two-step solution process.
