Abstract
Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) already become the world trends, and exert a far-reaching influence in a lot of public engineering construction. In our country, it more applied to the topics of commercial development or the city upgraded. In this study, PPP applied to 'Taiwan Tour Bus System' of' Doubling Tourist Arrivals Plan', which the most important tourism policy of the present stage. The result of study shows that it is quite suitable for adopting PPP. Then build and construct out three kinds of PPP models , such as ' the association type ' , ' on commission type ' and ' the company type '.
