Abstract
Becauce Carbon nanotubes with excellent magnetic and mechanical properties , it give rise to widely study and applications in recent years , and the Fe-filled CNT array is to fill iron nanowire of ferromagnetic metal into the hollow center of carbon nanotube, the magnetic behavior of carbon nanotube is enhanced, so the application of future have better than before.The synthesis method of Fe-filled carbon nanotube array, make the Fe-filled nanowire of carbon nanotube vertical aligned along the array, it will enhance the electromagnetic property efficiently. At present, few of reseach study investigate the related electromagnetic property of Fe-filled CNT array, so this study main investigate the electromagnetic property of Fe-filled CNT array like magnetism generate electricity and electricity generate magnetism, etc .Expect to pratical application.
The part of the electromagnetic property with the magnetism generate the electricity, take differenct parameters to grow the Fe-filled CNT array for the numbers of height, input the AC signal to the electromagnet to generate alternate magnetic field. Put the electrode of the Cu foil on the side direction of surface of Fe-filled CNT array, get the induced current by the two side direction of the Cu foil. The other part of the electromagnetic property with the electricity generate the magnetism. On the theory of Electron transport along a chiral trajectory, input AC signal with the low frequency to the Fe-filled CNT array, and it exist the inductance property to generate the magnetic field.
The experiment result show the magnetic field of 35mT, the synthesis of Fe-filled CNT array with evaporate the film, when the height of array is about 170 um, it will generate 1910 uA of the induced current, and the electromagnetic property of Fe-filled CNT array on stainless steel,the induced current can reach 2~3 times, enhance the store of the electricity with the magnetism generate the electricity, to make the better application of future. At the 20 Hz of AC frequency, the inductance of the Fe-filled CNT array can reach 3~8 mH, and the other Fe-filled CNT array induced by the magnetic field of the Fe-filled CNT itself, the number range is between uA to mA, it will speculate the thesis of the electron transport along a chiral trajectory indirectly.
