Abstract
© 2019 CBMS-0001. In this study, we have developed a three-dimensional microfluidic paper-based analytical device with an integrated timer function (3D-tPAD) for personal disease diagnosis. As a result, the limit of detection of the paper platform for the detection of p24-spiked human plasma is 0.01 ng/mL. We expect this high sensitive, timer-combined and portable paper assay device meets the standard of ASSURED criteria in resource-limited regions.
