Abstract
In this thesis, a short-range communication system is designed in 2.43 GHz ISM band. It
includes LNA, mixer, and LO. The LO signal is stablized by an injection-locking oscilla-
tor. IF ampli ers and lters are designed to improve the IF signal. This hybrid circuit is
implemented FR4 PCB to verify its function.
