Abstract
本研究係以婦女研究的精神，探討我國鄉鎮地區中年婦女性生活的現況，以及影響因素。除了性行為相關變項的探討外（性交行為滿意度、性高潮、性交疼痛、性需求等），亦加入夫妻感情生活與親密行為滿意度，以及更年期、婦科疾病、慢性疾病等變項。 555位40到60歲居住於臺灣鄉鎮地區（包括花東、南部、和桃竹苗地區）之已婚婦女，經由當地公共衛生護士前往家庭訪視，以問卷調查方式於民國八十二年一月到四月完成。結果發現，完全無性交生活者佔15.3%，52.0% 從來沒有性高潮的經驗，2.3%常常有性交疼痛，81.5%沒有性需求，平均每個月性交次數為2.6次，比生男育女階段和停經前期少。感情生活、親密行為與性生活的滿意度分別為80.0%、68.4%、67.7%。三項滿意度隨年齡增加而逐漸減低，停經前期高於中期高於後期，有慢性病的滿意度較低。影響性生活滿意度的因素為親密行為滿意度，其次是年齡、感情生活滿意度與性高潮。但去除親密行為與感情生活滿意度後，则以年齡為最重要的影響因素，其次是性交次數、性需求與社經地位。而影響性交次數的變項是年齡、性高潮、性需求、性生活滿意度與性交疼痛。結論為性生活的滿意度雖然受年齡所影響，但親密行為滿意度的影響更大，而影響性交次數的主要因素為年齡，而非停經階段。針對研究結果破除女性更年期與年齡在性生活上的迷思，提出婦女「性」研究的重要性，以及社會文化更坦然地接受與討論多元的性需求生活，這都是婦女的權力，一併於文後討論。The purpose of this study was to understand the sexual experiences of middle-aged women in rural Taiwan from a feminist perspective. 555 married women ages 40 to 60 living in rural areas of Taiwan island (southern, eastern, and mid -northern parts) were home interviewed by trained public health nurses in January to April of 1993.Almost two-third of the women reported satisfaction with their marriage, sexual life, and intimacy in their relationship with their spouse. Only 5% reported dissatisfaction. The mean frequency of sexual activity was 2.6 times a month.81.5% no sexual desire, 2.3% always have coitus pain,52.0% never have sex orgasm. Logistic regression show that satisfaction with sexual intercourse was associated with satisfaction of intimacy in relationship, age, love feeling and sex orgasm. When deleting the intimacy in relationship and love feeling, satisfaction with sexual intercourse was associated with age, frequency of sex intercourse, sexual drive and social economical status. Stepwise multiple regression showed that the frequency of sexual intercourse was associated with age, sex orgasm, sexual drive, satisfaction with sexual intercourse and coituspain. Discuss focus on how to promote middle-life women's sexual health, decrease the myths on no sex of middle-aged, stereotypes on menopause and age, accept the right of refuse sex if women herself feel do not want.
