Abstract
根據「一等一級水準網測量督導查核工作總報告書」，此水準網共有1033 筆觀測高差、1020個水準點，以基隆市民族英雄公墓內之K999水準點(5.66883m)為基準點，採用傳統定權模式進行平差。結果顯示：不論用距離倒數或依測站數之倒數當權，平差之結果並無顯著之差異。 本研究針對TWVD2001利用迭代近乎無偏估計法(IAUE)與定相關加權模式進行重新平差計算，並利用Theil模式進行台灣一等一級水準網之各測線內水準標石高程估計。研究結果顯示IAUE法(平均點位精度為0.996 )比傳統平差(平均點位精度為1.095 )更能獲得較理想的平差結果。
