Abstract
The supply chain management has become one of the fastest business intelligence application developments. TFT-LCD (the Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display), on the other hand, is one of our core high-tech industries after the rising of the semi-conductors. By combining the international supply chain management with the TFT-LCD industry to integrate upper and downstream supply chains, the core competition of the enterprises can be elevated.
This paper puts forward the mode of horizontal division of labor of the international supply chain and uses LINGO to find the best solution in order to achieve the maximum profit. By using various environmental variables and pricing transfer, the system simulates different output allocation and strategy. Furthermore, the model was integrated with the internet geographic database to design a production & sales management supply chain so that decision makers and related personnel can easily grasp the status of the upper and downstream by the user-friendly graphic interface in decision making process.
Since the system incorporates factors such as hierarchical sheet of work, pricing transfer, taxes, requirement variance…etc., it can support the volatile international enterprises in finding the optimal output allocation, production and distribution solutions to maximize their profits. The system interface is structured around Internet geographic information system. It connects models, data and maps so that users can search, update and manipulate information in all sectors within the supply chain. Decision makers can also write up queries and export tables to Excel to edit columns according to their needs.
