Abstract
The target of the research was to change the property of the water-soluble fullerene derivatives, HSBF〔hexa(sulfobutylated)fullerene〕, and to reduce the negativity of HSBF by TBA(tetrabutyl ammonium). We hoped that what we do can increase the ability of restraining the biological activities. In the experiment, the changed derivatives, HSBF-TBA, were characterized by IR, NMR. The situation of the absorbance and The surface condition was observed by UV-Vis and SEM. Last, we used Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli for the experiment of biological activities.
