Abstract
依據臺灣2050淨零建築四大主軸、八項措施,預鑄構造屬於低(減)碳工法之一環。故本研究擬從規劃設計階段之角度出發,根據工業廠房建廠需求之特性,選擇以預鑄樓梯構件不論就安全、品質、工期等各面向來看,相較於場鑄樓梯及鋼構樓梯,皆呈現出較佳的成果。而在加入造價成本、碳排放量的分析比較後,當重複樓層數量達到三層以上,預鑄樓梯之造價成本、碳排放量將低於鋼構樓梯,此一研究成果對照目前一般工業廠房主要皆採用鋼結構搭配鋼構樓梯之設計模式,未來進一步評估採用鋼結構搭配預鑄樓梯將可能是更好的選擇,亦為國內整體預鑄構造提出更完整的研究。
According to the four major axes and eight measures of Taiwan's 2050 Net Zero Building initiative, precast construction is considered a part of low (reduced) carbon techniques. Therefore, this study intends to start from the perspective of the planning and design stage. Based on the characteristics of industrial factory construction needs, the choice of precast staircase components, considering safety, quality, construction period, and other aspects, demonstrates superior outcomes compared to cast-in-place stairs and steel structure stairs. After incorporating an analysis of cost and carbon emissions, when the number of repeated floors exceeds three, the cost and carbon emissions of precast stairs will be lower than that of steel structure stairs. This research finding contrasts with the current prevalent design model in industrial factories, which predominantly adopt a design pattern of steel structures paired with steel structure stairs. Future assessments may further suggest that using steel structures with precast stairs could be a preferable option, contributing to a more comprehensive study on overall precast construction in the country.
