Abstract
This paper reports real-time impedimetric detection of mucin 1 (MUC1) using an aptasensor, which is fabricated on a microfluidic symmetric Au electrode chip. Microfluidic channel coupled interdigitated array Au electrodes enable label free and real-time impedimetric aptasensing for cancer biomarker detection. Diffusion effects on impedance using different flow speeds are explored and a method for MUC1 aptasensing using real-time detection regarding different impedimetric variables is demonstrated. The low cost and simple characteristics of this system widens its potential for further portable and multiplex developments. Copyright ? (2018) by Chemical and Biological Microsystems Society.
