Abstract
Lung transplantation had been proved to be an effective treatment procedures for patients with end-stage pulmonary diseases. There have been many experiences with this kind of treatment in the American and European countries but rarely in the Asia. Herein two patients with pulmonary emphysema and primary pulmonary hypertension who underwent single lung transplantation were reported. Both were successfully recovered during the intra-and early postoperative periods. Long-term outcomes needed more time to observe.
