Abstract
This paper introduces a voltage-following strategy for programmable electronic loads (PEL) with its DC bus shared with the converter under test (CUT) to reduce the zero-sequence current, phase current error, and switching loss. The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified with simulations and experiments.
