Abstract
Panretinal photocoagulation was performed on the retina of pigmented rabbit with argon laser photocoagulator with moderate intense laser burns. Aqueous and vitreous growth factors were measured. The results showed the vitreous VEGF increased most markedly one day after photocoagulation and returned to normal level two days after photocoagulation.
