Abstract
Cumulatively dangerous action means: a single act does not cause damage, while lots of acts cause damage. If the constitutive requirements of certain crime only include the cumulatively dangerous action, it is called “cumulative crime”. This paper discusses whether the cumulatively dangerous action would constitute actual damage offense or unaccomplished offence, the location of “cumulative crime” in criminal law, and the justifiability of “cumulative crime”. At last, this paper concludes that the “cumulative crime” holds a role in the aspect of discussing tragedy, and we must pay attention to the particularity of cumulatively dangerous action while we examine the justifiability of “cumulative crime”.
