Abstract
Yulin is the prominence of developing animal husbandry of Taiwan. And pig farming provides most of Yulin County’s agricultural income. But the waste water of pig farming not only causes the soil and water contamination and has serious influences of local citizens’ life. The topic of this thesis is to make a research of biodegradable waste reuse. By transforming swine manure into biomass energy, the pollution can be solved. To assess the project of biogas electricity generation, we can get the best result which is both good for our economy and environment.
This thesis has two parts. The first part is the analysis of the amount of waste produced fertilizer production capacity and economic benefits. The second part is to assess the feasibility of bio-gas power plant according to the two programs of biogas electricity production and biogas purification. The results show that it is the best to put in 80 thousand tons of raw material per year. The electricity production of biogas can reach up to 4.28 million kWh and the CHP can attain 510 thousand kWh.
Biogas electricity is also helpful to carbon reduction. By enforcing a 100-thousand-ton raw material reusing research project is able reduce 19 thousand tons of carbon dioxide comparing with waste water treatment. Biogas electricity generation and biogas purification reduces 2.85 million and 2.98 million kilograms of carbon dioxide.
