Abstract
本研究計畫與寶成工業股份有限公司合作,以開發鞋模製程中精密陶模造模技術及提升鞋模近淨形分模面尺寸精密度為研究重點。根據第一年度研究計畫『提升鞋模尺寸精密度之研究』之研究結果顯示,陶模本身之尺寸穩定性及精確性是影響金屬模具(鞋模)尺寸精密度及尺寸誤差量不穩定的重要原因之一。有鑑於此,本研究針對精密陶模之造模製程作一有系統且深入的探討,在研究內容上,針對矽膠模、耐火材料、黏結劑(水解液)、陶漿等之組成、配方及相關製程參數作一詳細之分析及試驗,最後並建立一標準的陶模製程規範,以提供實際生產之參考。 另一方面,在第一年度之研究中已建立模具尺寸誤差及變形之解析及數值模擬方法,初步結果顯示數值模擬分析與實際鑄件之量測結果頗為吻合。此外,先前研究已初步分析模具近淨形分模面之尺寸誤差和翹曲變形狀況,本研究進一步深入探討近淨形分模面發生翹曲變形之原因,並尋求解決對策。研究方法上,係在CO2上模之底面,設計不同形狀及尺寸之肋塊,實際澆鑄並分析肋塊之形狀及尺寸對於模具翹曲變形之影響,以獲致最佳之肋塊設計。最後並配合應力所林漢廷學長以電腦模擬分析來驗證實驗結果。此研究結果可進一步在實際生產上進行驗證,以評估此新的模型設計方法之可行性及經濟性。 綜合本年度及上一年度之研究結果,建立了一標準之陶模及鑄造製程規範,以提升金屬鞋模之尺寸精密度及穩定性。另一方面,本研究亦建立陶模近淨形分模面及減少翹曲變形之設計技術,可供未來鞋模製程之參考,以提升鞋模之生產時效。
The research was in cooperation with Pou Chen Group. Goal in development the precise ceramic molded technique of shoes mold regulation technology and promotion shoes mold size accuracy as the research key. According to the first year research plan "Research the promotion shoes mold size accuracy” the findings showed that in ceramic mold itself the size stability and the accuracy are one of the important reason to affects the size accuracy of the metal mold (shoes mold) and the unstable error amount. Due to this, this research does a systematic and thorough discussion in connection with the molded regulation in view of the precise ceramic mold. In research content, we focus on the composition, the formula and the correlation system regulation parameter of silicone mold, the fire-proof material, coherent solvent (hydrolysis fluid), liquid ceramic, makes detailed analysis and the experiment. Finally we establish a standard precise ceramic molded regulation standard, Provides reference for actual production. On the other hand, established the mold size error amount、 distortion analysis and computer simulation method in the first year. The preliminary result showed that the computer simulation analysis and the actual casting measurement are to be identical. In addition, formerly studied has preliminary analysis error amount and the warp distortion on shoes mold. This research will further thorough discussion the reason of the warp distortion on shoes mold which has nearly shape and seeks the solution countermeasure. In research method, we design different shape and size of rib block, and put it on the bottom surface of the CO2 mold. Actual casting and analysis if different shape and size of the rib block will influence the warp distortion on shoes mold. After the research we expect to obtain the best rib block design. Finally we check the experimental result with computer simulation which operated by Lin Hantin. These findings may further carry on the confirmation in the actual production, Appraises feasibility and efficiency of the new model design method. Comprehensive this year and on of findings year, has established the ceramic mold and the casting regulation standard system, promotes size accuracy and the stability of shoes mold. On the other hand, this research also establishes the divided modular surface with nearly shape and design technology to reduced warp distortion, might supply reference to the future shoes molded regulation, promotes production effectiveness for a period of the shoes mold time.
