Abstract
The applications for wireless sensor networks (WSN) have been extensively claimed in the past years, such as environmental monitoring, healthcare and calamity detection. Due to the technical advances of integrated circuit, micro-electromechanical systems and wireless communication, several applications become more feasibleowadays.e achieved the wireless sensing circuit by TSMC 2P4M 0.35um standard CMOS process. Firstly, a 433MHz frequency synthesizer used as the transmitter of wirelessommunication system is designed. Then, a wireless sensor circuit composed of temperature sensor, analog-to-digital converter and OOK transmitter is also fabricated in CMOS process. Another OOK receiver is utilized to receive the data in the experiment.oreover, magnetic resonance imaging is an important tool in clinical diagnosis because of its imaging method without invading the human body. This is useful for theedical diagnosis. Therefore, we also do parts research about speeding up parallel imaging of MRI. We also design two different low input impedance preamplifiers usingommercial IC and TSMC 2P4M 0.35um standard CMOS process respectively.
