企業國際合作型式、控制機制、與合作績效關係之研究

This research first explore the relationship between the international
collaboration modes, e.g., technology
licensing, OEM, and joint venture, and the
types and extent of control mechanisms, e.g.,
price, authority, and culture, used in that
particular governance structure. Next, we
examine the determinants, especially those of
environmental and transaction-specific
factors, influencing the choice of control mechanisms used.
