Abstract
本文乃一自半症患孩及其母親之護理過程。運用「護理人員-雙親溝通模式」(nurse-parent communication model),將護理過程分爲評估(assessment),給予分亨資訊(sharing information),執行(performance)以回饋(feedback)四個階段,以期協助母親認識疾病,有效處理患孩攻擊行爲,並改善患孩之問題。結果發現:母親在患孩出院前能掌握患孩易發生攻擊行爲之情境,並加以防範,且能夠獨立而有效地處發生之攻擊行爲;至於患孩本身則在攻擊行爲之頻率及持續時間上,有明顯之降低趨勢。
