The Application of "Nurse-Parent Communication Model" to Promote the Coping Ability of an Autism Child and His/Her Mother

本文乃一自半症患孩及其母親之護理過程。運用「護理人員－雙親溝通模式」(nurse-parent communication model)，將護理過程分爲評估(assessment)，給予分亨資訊(sharing information)，執行(performance)以回饋(feedback)四個階段，以期協助母親認識疾病，有效處理患孩攻擊行爲，並改善患孩之問題。結果發現：母親在患孩出院前能掌握患孩易發生攻擊行爲之情境，並加以防範，且能夠獨立而有效地處發生之攻擊行爲；至於患孩本身則在攻擊行爲之頻率及持續時間上，有明顯之降低趨勢。
