Abstract
In this study, the characterization of internal fraction and related shape memory effect (SME) of an Fe-30Mn-6Si-5Cr alloy was investigated. The internal friction spectra were classified into three peaks, that locate at around 120°C, 200°C and 300°C. Analyses of the three peaks showed that SME is improved.
