Abstract
This article discusses the issues of multi-plant
production planning in a supply chain of assembly
industry. By considering the capacity and materials
supply constraints, the decision support models are
built based on the concept of APS. Next, the
simulation is performed to compare the performance
of our propose models with experiences’ rules in
different scenarios. Finally, a more promising model is
recommended based on our simulation results.
