Abstract
The purpose of the research is to develop a program to transform the OPC data model and communication model into IEC 61400-25 data model and communication model. The Vestas OPC is used as an example in this research. The first step is to analyze the data structural model of the Vestas OPC and the transmitted XML data format. Then the information and communication model of the IEC 62400-25 is analyzed. The interface of the OPC transmission is transferred into the interface of the IEC 61400-25 transmission. The corresponding logic structure and data structure are considered when the data are transformed. This program is developed by using the Mircosoft Visual Studio 2010 and using C# to inplement the format of IEC 61400-25. Web service is used to devilver the information from the server side to the client side, and the information is presented in web page.
