Abstract
The structure system of high performance submarine must have the ability to resist the high pressure under deep water and under water shock loading. Consequently, the aim of this research will be the capability of resisting high pressure, shock loading, and collision damage of pressure hull
First, we accomplished the mathematical model and suitable finite elements of grid notes of the pressure hull, including the model without aperture and model with apertures and other added equipments. Then we use this model to gain the stress distribution, strain distribution and bulking strength in these conditions when the model with different inner ribs. Therefore, we can use those results to determination the optimization of structure design of this submarine.
Next, we use the numerical pressure hull model of U209 Submarine accomplished before to make a study of the dynamic response and failure behavior of pressure hull under shock loading. The phenomenon of under water shock, nevertheless, is so complex that we use the result of experience formulas in the past to be the design load. In the long run, we can get the distribution of deflection, stress of this model in dynamic. But in the final, we develop a theoretical method to replace the front one in order to reduce calculating time.
Besides, we comprehend the characteristic of this model further by probing into the collision behavior by using Explicit Time Integral Method.
