Abstract
Nowadays the automotive inner sheet metal of reversed engineering is more complicated, so the process of surface reconstruction manually is time-consuming. If the time of the reconstruction could be shorten, it could enter the market more early and keep competitive. And now the process of software on market is complicated so that the company should spend one to two years to train engineer. So a quick and easy semi-automotive process would bring huge profit to company.
Because the mesh data of inner sheet metal is large and disorder , The data reduction and optimization process should be made for further process. The basic surface reconstruction theory is going to perfect. This research is to enhance it''s applicability to any complicated sheet metal and optimize the continuity of surface and decrease the adjusting time. The precision would be suit to the requirement of company and take advantage of saving time at the same time.
