Abstract
Dysphagia in patients with psychiatric illnesses contributes to morbidities and mortalities. It is, however, an overlooked problem in clinical practice. We report a patient of schizophrenia with dysphagia who was successfully treated using a multidimensional approach, which included medication adjustment, swallowing training and diet modification. ? 2010 Elsevier Inc.
