Abstract
本研究主要目的在於探討胰島素依賴型糖尿病病患之心理適應、家人照顧態度之情形 及與糖尿病知識、病患健康結果之相關性(健康結果在本文中是指(1)自我照顧行(2)糖化血紅色素值HbAic_)。敘述性與相關性調查研究法。130位胰島素依賴 型糖病童或其家長完成問卷 。本研究變相乃由下列各項問卷評估包括：(1)心理適應 量表(2)家人態度量表(3)知識評估表(4)自我照顧調查表以及將糖化血色素值HbAic糖病控制指標。結果顯示：在心理適應上疏離感較少，或家人態度較好者，較 會於最近一個月內檢查血糖。家人態度較好者，病患出門亦較會帶防止低血糖的食品 。各項之心理適應較好者，較能在測完血糖後記錄血糖值。本研究證實IDDM病患心理 適應及居家照顧態度與糖尿病知識及居家自我照顧行爲呈有意義之相關，此結 果可作爲協助病患居家自我照顧之服務及相關研究之參攷。 This study was conducted with a descriptive and correlational design to explore the psychological adjustment and family attitudes of patients with insulin- dependent diabetic mellitus (IDDM), and to analyze their influences on knowledge and health outcome (including self-management and HbAic). One hundred and thirty questionnaires were completed by either the IDDM patients themselves or their parents. The variables of this study were assessed by the following instruments which (1) the psycho-social assessment , (2)the diabetic family behavior checklist, (3)the IDDM knowledge assessment, (4)home care management assessment based on self- monitioring of blood sugar, diet, injection, exercise, safety procedure, foot care, etc., and HbAic value as the index of metabolic control. Results indicated that the better the psychological adjustment or family attitude was, the better home care management would be. The important impact of psychological adjustment or family attitude on care mangement was confirmed.
