Abstract
As Users buy Mobile Internet Service from multiple Vendors, they will hope to continuous their original communication without interruption. It’s hard to ask CA to secure the channel rapidly without causing long processing latency to delay Users’ connection. We purpose a fast AAA mechanism for Vendor to verify each payment directly without the 3rd party to involve. Because value of such service is low, we adopt Micropayment for purchase. Besides, with the schemes of one way hash and Trusted System, we can rapidly authenticate following payment token and scurely store each sensitive data from any one outside. It will hugely enhance efficiency and security of our system. Mobile User can buy Mobile Internet Services from multiple Mobile Internet Services provider more securely and seamlessly. Universal Mobile Internet Service is provided by multiple service providers within different Service Domains. The home M-ISP (Mobile Internet Service Provider) to which Mobile User belongs may not be the current M-ISP from which Mobile User can purchase services. We provide the Secure Micropayment Scheme for Mobile User to purchase from multiple service providers. No matter where Mobile Users are, they can buy wireless resources and connect to Mobile Internet speedily. In order to allow each party within transactions can gain its best benefit, we also purpose the solutions about fair exchange, handoff issues and business models.
