Abstract
As the demand for the miniaturization of electronic devices increases, the need for stable luminous nanomaterials also increases. Herein, the highly green-luminous metal halide (C10H16N)2MnBr4 was successfully embedded in mesopores to achieve nanoization through an easy synthesis under moderate conditions. This nanostructure, (C10H16N)2MnBr4/SBA-15, was confirmed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy images. The emission center was located at 520 nm with a photoluminescence quantum yield of 54%. It also showed a higher color gamut of 112% NTSC standard on light-emitting diode (LED) package measurements, thereby providing a strategy for micro-LEDs. © 2022 The Authors.
