Abstract
The study aims to investigate the influence of Corporation Transformation and entrepreneurship. In order to survive in today’s global international influence, companies must continue to innovate to maintain their competitive advantage, and have the spirit of adventure to diversify the investments. Also, it needs to cultivate a proactive attitude to develop new markets in order to create a higher corporate performance. The result of this study indicated that there were two characteristics regard to the entrepreneurship in Taiwan.The adaptive and guerrilla entrepreneurship; followed by the social entrepreneurship. The case studies have shown that the Gola Inc. possessed the knowledge of enhancing production facilities, which were able to innovate on the products and technologies.
