Abstract
In this article, we reviewed the status of the light extraction techniques of organic light-emitting diode (OLED). Typically, in such a device, the light extraction efficiency was limited to ~20%. By engineering the organic molecules, device structures, and refractive index in an OLED, light extraction up to >60% were demonstrated. ? 2018 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
