Abstract
In order to inspect the achievements
of the “New Epoch” essay under the
post-Cultural Revolution condition of
liberal writing and thinking, this project
will emphasize on the reflections of
humanities and the consciousness of the
subgenre of essay to discuss the contents
and changes of prose. In the various
performances of prose, “Cultural Essay”
and “Feminine Essay” are the most
noticeable subgenres, which have
presented more profound and various art
works in modern society. Therefore, the
projects would mainly discuss these two
types of essays.
