Abstract
本研究利用微波輔助萃取以及超音波萃取方式,比較兩種萃取技術在不同條件下對於根莖類作物中一溴二苯醚的萃取回收率。一般而言,相較於傳統的索式萃取,微波輔助萃取與超音波萃取具有快速與節省溶劑的萃取優勢,因符合現今所重視之時間效率與環保意識而逐漸興起。試驗結果顯示,超音波萃取方式會受到不同作物成分而影響回收率。而微波輔助萃取方式於不同萃取溶劑、溫度與萃取時間試驗結果證實,其可藉由提升溫度與延長萃取時間,對不同根莖類作物(白蘿蔔、芋頭和馬鈴薯)中的一溴二苯醚之萃取回收率達99%以上回收率。利用正己烷溶劑於溫度110℃與萃取時間20分鐘之微波輔助萃取條件,為萃取根莖類作物中之一溴二苯醚之最佳萃取方法。
In this study, the application of microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) and ultrasonic extraction in the development of analytical methods for 4-monobrominated diphenyl ether (4-BDE) has been considered in various root crops. In general, compared to traditional Soxhlet extraction, microwave-assisted extraction and ultrasonic extraction have many advantages such as shorter extraction time and lower solvent consumption; so that they are more popular with the growing environmental issues. Our results indicated that the method of ultrasonic extraction was influenced by different composition of crops and did not have a good recovery. However, the method of microwave-assisted extraction could increase the recovery of 4-BDE from root crops (white radish, taro and potato); furthermore, it can achieve almost the entire recovery by the increase of extract temperature and time. Therefore, in this study, the way by microwave-assisted extraction using hexane at a controlled temperature of 110℃ was built as the best extraction method for 4-BDE in these selected crops.
